Ok, so the Little Boys Card Class went well. Those girls were so great, they didn't need me at all...
I have promised Michele a good look at the photos of the Male Cards Class as she couldn't attend because the class was full. So sorry Michele. : (
SO here they are ...
Everyone else, I would just like to gently and nicely say please remember my Copyright on the left hand side of this page : ) Thank you.

I made this bookmark card. I am just so in love with the colours, they are just divine. I really love the dress form with wings, just so pretty...
Also have had an order for one of these with a matching Post it note holder...that reminds me...must get that done...thank goodness tomorrow is another day.
I am teaching a "Cards for Little Boys" Class on Tuesday, should be fun... :)

Next cab off the rank...
As well as the Graphic45 class mentioned in the post below, I have managed to pump out the last of the 4 cards using the Webster's paper. Oh boy was that a task, of course the paper is divine, it was my mojo that was the problem. I was running dry and I sat and looked at that blank 4th card for hours...and hours...and hours... After a few cups of Dilmah later I came up with something and it wasn't too bad. Quite pretty actually. That will run on Saturday March 17.

*poppin'* with Graphic 45
Well I am really happy with the way these cards turned out. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the aqua type colour with it. It really *pops* don't you think? It took me quite a few hours to dig these out of my creativity, I was a bit low on the mojo but it was well worth the effort.
If you are in the Sydney area why not come along to my class? It's Feb 26 at Fantasia at Taren Point. I guarantee once you walk into the store you'll never want to leave, you'll be in scrappy heaven...don't say I didn't warn you...

Thank You's
If you may remember a few posts ago below, I gave you a peek at the invitations I made for my daughter's 13th birthday.
Well after some thinking about a nice way to give some photos to the girls who attended the party I came up with these little lovelies. I asked my daughter to write a personal note in each one and we filled it with group photos and also individual photos of that particular friend. I quite like the result.
I used the same paper and patterned punch to link the invite to the Thank You. :)
They are available in my madeit shop, the link is to the right and up to the top-------->

We are always learning...
I thought I might post some upcoming classes that I am teaching at my favourite scrap booking store. Perhaps those of you that are in, or visiting, the lovely city of Sydney, Australia (which is gloriously showing off her beauty today at the time of posting this today, I might add) may be interested.
Fantasia is at Taren Point in the southern suburbs of Sydney.
Here is the link and you can check out the calendar page for the Taren Point store for dates.
Hope to see you there.

This is a school holiday kids class. I thought I would let the kids look at their lunch bags in a different way. So I have come up with a very simple version of the paper bag mini album. They will make this album themselves and can then go home and replicate it if they wish to make more. Boys will of course have a "not so girly" choice of papers! I love having the boys in the class, they had some extra zest and balance to everything.
Mmmmmm Male cards. A bit of a challenge sometimes. I quite like this nature style paper. It has a tough and robust "guy" feel about it. I used lots of shapes and blocks of colour and print. Defined and sharp shapes too keep the blokey feel about it all. Of course I can never resist a bit of ribbon and things to keep the flow...maybe the guys won't notice?
Well while I was on a roll with the male cards I thought I would then use what was left of my mojo in this genre and extend it to some cards for little boys. I love this paper. It's so cool. Lots of bright bold colours and a few interesting ways to combine them. Kites and diamonds and stars, oh what fun!
