I really did like this one. I wish I had kept it. I sold about 30 or so scrap pages on ebay. It was great but a bit draining trying to continually churn out ideas. I knew that it was helping people that couldn't or wouldn't ever scrap their own photos. It was nice to know that they were going to help keep some else's memories safe.
I love the colours on this page. I traced around some chipboard letters with a white colouring pencil. The cardstock had a ribbed grain to it so it worked really well with the rough shading that I used. I outlined the letters with a white gel pen in faux stitching. I cut a frame from patterned paper and some flowers to match. A few white punched flowers and some bright blue metallic brads. A line of chocolate satin ribbon along the bottom finished it off. It's really pretty I think. I wonder if I could re create it now. That patterned paper is long gone I think. I have another page that I did with the shading and the white pencil too. Maybe I will post hat one too. May give someone some ideas. Nothing worse than when you run out of creativity...
